船上から見た街明かり。
夜中、体が痛くて１時間ごとに目を覚ます。せんべい布団には慣れているつもりだったが、マット１枚の寝床はそれをしのいだ。空いているところからマットを剥がしてきて重ねて使おうかとも思ったが、他の人を起こしても悪いので我慢する。隣のアベックの男の方は一人で２箇所使って寝相の悪さをフォローしていた。（日記より）
