この潜水艦の中は見学コースの最後に組み込まれている。文字通り見るだけで触れることはできない。潜望鏡は覗くことができるのだが、接眼部に切り替え式のフィルター（モノクロ撮影時に使うような黄色）が付いていて、思わずセットして覗いていたら「見張員」にキツく叱られてしまった。
