【撮影地不詳。時刻から判断して姫路駅】
相生からいよいよ11年ぶりの山陽本線となった。黄色いやや旧式の電車にそこそこの人数が乗車してきた。岡山まで混雑は緩和されず。中高年の団体と旅行ケースを引きずった若者のグループが目立った。中高年のほうは何となく目線が行ったノートによると（この段階で俺は着席できなかった）高松でうどんを食べる集いらしい。若者ご一行も四国へ渡るような話ぶりで、新生活の準備か何かだろうか（日記）
